External Hard Drive Not Showing Up on Windows 11

Hi everyone, I just bought a new external hard drive, and when I plug it into my Windows 11 laptop, it doesn’t show up in File Explorer. I’ve tried different USB ports, but nothing seems to work. The drive lights up, so it’s getting power, but I can’t access it. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
