My Windows update has been stuck at 20% for hours. I’ve tried restarting my computer, but it just goes back to the same screen and gets stuck again. I can’t use my computer while this is happening, and I’m worried about forcing a shutdown. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I get the update to complete successfully?
