I’ve run into something like this before. Sometimes it’s just the graphics driver acting up. I know it sounds basic, but try completely uninstalling your current drivers using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and then reinstall the latest drivers from NVIDIA. Trust me, this solved random freezes for me a while back!
