Hey Lily, That’s frustrating, but don’t worry—there are a couple of things you can try. First, check if the drive is visible in Disk Management. You can get there by right-clicking the Start button and selecting Disk Management. If the drive is showing up but doesn’t have a drive letter, right-click it and choose Change Drive Letter and Paths. Assigning a new letter might make it show up in File Explorer.
