First, try booting into Safe Mode. Restart your PC and press F8 (or Shift + F8) before Windows loads to access Advanced Startup options. Once in Safe Mode, you can run a system check by typing sfc /scannow in Command Prompt to fix corrupted files. If that doesn’t work, try using the Startup Repair tool from the Advanced Startup menu.
