“My Computer” Icon Missing from Desktop

Help me guys! The “My Computer” icon disappeared from my desktop, and I’m not sure how to get it back. I use it often, so it’s a bit inconvenient not having it there. Anyone know how to restore it?

To restore the “My Computer” icon (now called “This PC”) to your desktop, follow these steps: ### For Windows 10 and Windows 11 1. **Right-click on the Desktop**: Right-click on an empty area of your desktop. 2. **Select "Personalize"**: Click on **Personalize** from the context menu. 3. **Go to "Themes"**: In the left sidebar, select **Themes**. 4. **Click on "Desktop icon settings"**: Under the **Related settings** section on the right, click **Desktop icon settings**. 5. **Check "Computer" or "This PC"**: In the Desktop Icon Settings window, check the box next to **Computer** (or **This PC**). You can also select any other icons you want to restore. 6. **Click "OK"**: After checking the desired icons, click **OK** to apply the changes. 7. **Verify on Your Desktop**: The “This PC” icon should now appear on your desktop.

No worries brother, you can bring it back in just a few steps! Right-click on your desktop and select Personalize. Then, go to Themes and click on Desktop icon settings. You should see an option for Computer—just check that box and hit Apply. The “My Computer” icon should show up on your desktop again.
