In addition to what Sara suggested, check if your laptop's Wi-Fi adapter is being turned off to save power. You can disable this setting: Go to Device Manager and find your Wi-Fi adapter. Right-click and select "Properties." Go to the "Power Management" tab. Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power." This has helped me in the past. Best, James
