Wi-Fi connection issue

Hi everyone, I'm experiencing an issue with my laptop's Wi-Fi connection. It frequently drops, and sometimes it doesn't detect any networks at all. I'm using a Windows 10 laptop. I've tried restarting both my router and laptop, but the problem persists. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks, Alex

In addition to what Sara suggested, check if your laptop's Wi-Fi adapter is being turned off to save power. You can disable this setting: Go to Device Manager and find your Wi-Fi adapter. Right-click and select "Properties." Go to the "Power Management" tab. Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power." This has helped me in the past. Best, James

Hi Alex, I had a similar problem a while ago. It turned out that my network drivers were outdated. You might want to try updating your Wi-Fi driver. Here's how: Go to Device Manager. Find your network adapter under "Network adapters." Right-click and select "Update driver." Choose "Search automatically for updated driver software." Let me know if that helps!
